Ingredients
- 1 pound steak
- 1 package fajita seasoning or a mix of cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
Notes
Oven Method:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Slice your steak into thin strips and season with fajita seasoning or a mix of cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, and salt.
3. Place the seasoned steak strips on a baking sheet lined with foil.
4. Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the baking sheet.
5. Drizzle everything with Butterman’s garlic butter and toss to coat.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness.
Grill Method:
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. Slice your steak into thin strips and season as desired.
3. Place the seasoned steak strips in a grill pan on the grill.
4. Add sliced bell peppers and onions to the grill.
5. Grill everything for about 5-7 minutes, or until the steak is cooked to your liking, turning occasionally.
6. Finish off with our Butterman's garlic butter.
Stovetop Method:
1. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Slice your steak into thin strips and season with fajita seasoning.
3. Add Butterman’s garlic butter and the steak strips to the hot skillet and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add sliced bell peppers and onions and cook until tender, about 5 minutes.
6. Return the steak to the skillet and toss everything together.
Serve your steak fajitas with warm tortillas, guacamole, sour cream, and salsa. Enjoy!
