Equipment

  • Wooden or metal skewers

Ingredients

  • 1 pound steak

Bell peppers, onions, and any other veggies of your choice, cut into chunks.

Salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you prefer.

      Notes

      1. If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent them from burning.
      2. Thread the beef and veggies onto the skewers, alternating between meat and vegetables.
      3. Preheat your grill, oven, or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
      4. Season the kabobs with salt, pepper, and any other seasonings you like.
      5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the beef is cooked to your desired doneness.
      6. If using the oven, preheat to 400°F and bake the kabobs for about 20-25 minutes, or until the beef is cooked through.
      7. If using a cast iron skillet on the stovetop, cook the kabobs for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally.
Serve the beef and veggies kabobs with rice, salad, or your favorite side dishes. Enjoy!
